Dinkleboo personalized product range is proudly made in the United States, to order. Each product is custom created, quality checked and dispatched within 1-3* business days from one of our factories in New York or Salt Lake City depending on your location. High volume periods may delay production of your order.

Dinkleboo works closely with USPS and Fedex to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. Dinkleboo offers three shipping methods - Standard, Expedited and Express. Please note "Express Post" does not further speed up production times.

If however, you need your order in a rush we do have a service to move your order to the front of the line in production for a fee of $9.95. Then normal shipping times apply.

Flat rate shipping starts from $4.99 which means you can order as much as you like for one flat price. There are also faster shipping methods if you need your parcel in a rush for a higher flat rate price. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.

Refunds and cancellation of order is generally not provided except for cases of process or product malfunction (i.e., workmanship defect, book arrives damaged). Dinkleboo is not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your order carefully before placing your order. Images and text will be printed as they appear in the Preview.
